Why it works
One of the most popular eco-friendly period products around, a period cup sits under your cervix to catch your menstrual flow. It's especially great for anyone with sensitive skin as it’s made from 100% hypoallergenic, medical-grade materials.
The &SISTERS Nüdie Period Cup is easier to remove than most because of the 'Pebble' pull and Tri-Flow air release holes. Plus, it's available in 3 sizes so you can choose the right fit for you.
With 10 years of use from one cup, save thousands of period products from ending up in a landfill and commit to sustainable period care forever.
it's as simple as
Step 1: Wash your hands and lube the rim of the cup, if you wish.
Step 2: In one hand, fold the period cup in half with the rim facing up.
Step 3: Insert rim first, like a tampon and push it up until it feels secure.
Step 4: Now rotate it so it opens and makes a seal to prevent leaks.
Step 5: To remove, insert your thumb and finger in a pinching gesture. Find the 'Pebble' end and use that as a guide to pinch the bottom of the cup, releasing the suction.
Step 6: Remember, it's full. So pull it out gently and without tipping. Empty into the toilet and clean before storing or reinserting.
