This is exactly the same as any of the usual lubricants/water based gels that you can buy on the high street for a lot cheaper and get the same result. I bought it thinking it would be a better product to go with the tens machine - but it’s no different -!if you have the spare cash buy it, if not just go to the High Street and buy it

Long lasting and non-stingy, bit expensive considering the size of the tube though.

Was recommended this gel to help with a tens pelvic floor exerciser, it made a slight difference.

My wife is waiting for a hip and knee replacement which gives her a great deal of pain. I bought her a tens as something to try. WOW! it helped. Get the pads in the right spot and it works.
