How to use
Step 1: Extend the tank to the black line.
Step 2: Fill the tank with lukewarm water and close the seal shut.
Step 3: Choose your water flosser tip and place it onto the top of the water flosser.
Step 4: To floss, place the tip inside your mouth, lean over the sink and turn the unit on.
Step 5: Move between speed setting by pressing the power button once.
Step 6: Aim the tip at the gumline and work your way from your back teeth towards your front teeth, spraying water along the gumline. Floss both front and back of each tooth, pausing briefly between each tooth.Step 7: Partially close your mouth to minimise water splashing, letting the water flow out of your mouth into the sink.
You may need to refill the water flosser tank more than once during use while you become familiar with using the flosser

How to use
Step 1: Pick a setting that suits your needs.
Step 2: Place the brush on the area of the teeth where it meets the gum.
Step 3: Start on the top right on the outside of the teeth, near the cheek and work your way around to the top left side. Repeat for the inside of the teeth (near the roof of your mouth). Brush the biting surfaces of your teeth.
Step 4: Repeat for the lower teeth.
You should brush your teeth for the recommended time of 2 minutes, as indicated by the toothbrush’s self timer.
