Light Resistance
The 28g weight is ideal for beginners or women who have a weak pelvic floor. It is also ideal to use with other weights to build up more resistance.
Moderate Resistance
For those who have done weight-free kegel exercises before, the 38g weight is ideal.
Higher Resistance
For the experienced weighted exerciser, the 48g weight is perfect for toning your kegels.

The advanced design features an inner ball that emits subtle vibrations that signals when the exerciser has reached the correct placement.
This in turn encourages the correct lifting and squeezing technique to ensure the best results.
For best results, we advise starting on the lowest weight and working your way up for maximum effect.
