I love the flavour I always remember to take them daily because of that!

My nails are the healthiest they've been in a while, strong, healthy and have excellent retention.

I definitely think you can't expect results just after one batch but continuous use as your nails may be brittle and the nails that are growing are being supported with more nutrients.

These taste great and I have been struggling with my nails for several years now - thinks it’s an age thing. After many years of being a secretary and having the strongest, longest nails it came as a shock to have ridged and brittle nails. I suffer with my nails splitting from the top downward which is both unsightly and painful - I bought these in the hope they would help/repair the damage and three weeks in I can definitely say they taste good and my nails are longer but I think it will take time to grow out the “splits “. Guess I’ll have to keep going and repeat my order 🤗
